BOOKING
We advise your first appointment to be a consultation, this is to ensure the most suitable service is booked and adequate time is allowed
As an existing client you can book, reschedule or amend your appointments in the Fresha app at your convenience.
New clients must have a skin test 48 hours prior to all colour appointments, any appointments booked without a skin test will be cancelled. Your health and safety is a priority
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for your full service time. If you are running late please give us a courtesy call
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you notify at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full service cost. Please note that we request full payment to secure your appointment via our booking partner Fresha
